Zetland Fiduciary Group Limited (ZFGL) strives to provide excellence in professional service to its clients.
ZFGL observes a strict code of ethics and maintains secure computer systems and internet servers according to best current information technology practice.
ZFGL maintains a policy of strict confidentiality of all personal data submitted by clients whether by mail, email, fax or through information provided at ZFGL's office. Client information is held on ZFGL's secure databases and files and is accessible to Zetland's administrative and managerial staff.
Clients of ZFGL have the right of access to personal data in order to correct, update or remove it from ZFGL's database. Client data is retained for a number of years in order to assist in the event of any legal requirements.
Clients can contact intray@zetland.biz for data change requests or to have their records removed from ZFGL databases. ZFGL may ask clients to verify their identity and for more information about the request. Where legally permitted , ZFGL may refuse the request and give reasons for doing so. Where the client requests that personal data be updated and there is a dispute about the facts, ZFGL will make a note on the personal data of such dispute. Clients may also request that ZFGL stops using their information and we will comply with this request. However, if this involves a request for deletion of a file, please be aware that ZFGL may not be required or able to do so, particularly where the file also holds information about ZFGL is legally required to maintain. We may charge an administrative fee for access and updating requests.
ZFGL administrators may contact clients from time to time in order to ascertain their contact details.
ZFGL may collect personal data from clients including (without limitation) your name and contact details.
ZFGL reserves the right to verify information supplied voluntarily by clients.
ZFGL may also search social networking sites and use search engines to validate background information on clients. In addition ZFGL may conduct searches of internet sites, social networks as part of due diligence checking procedures.
As part of GPL's ongoing business activities information is collected on clients and potential clients and used for the purposes, business solicitation and the sending of information and newsletters. Companies and clients who wish to be removed from ZFGL's databases should email intray@zetland.biz
It is not ZFGL's policy to share data on clients with any third party organization other than detailed above.
The purpose of collecting data from clients is in order to provide professional fiduciary services.
