前回は我々の役員代理サービスについてお知らせ致しましたが、今回は株主代理サービスについてです。役員代理サービスは弊社の代理役員の名前がすべての会社の書類に記入される事でお客様は完全にプライバシーを守れるというものでしたが、この株主代理サービスもこれに類似したサービスです。
株主代理とは？
通常すべての会社は、名前と住所が公の記録に現れる少なくとも1人の株主がいます。
しかしながら、お客様の中には会社の所有権を合法的に機密にすることを望む方もいらっしゃいます。
Zetland Fiduciary Group Limitedではオフショアカンパニーの株主として公に登録される株主代理サービスを提供することができます。
我々の株主代理サービスは、お客様に代わって株を保持し、株主として公に登録されますが株の法的所有者は会社の実質所有者となります。このサービスの下で、機密の法的書類（Declaration of trust / 信託宣言・Deed of transfer / 譲渡証書・Nominee services agreement / 代理人サービス合意書など）が株主代理によって発行され、会社の実質所有者がこれを保有します。これにより会社の実質所有者のみが株を売却できる権利を持ち、そして株からの利益も得る事ができます。

Last time we informed about our Nominee Director Services. The essence of a Nominee Director Service is that the name of the nominee directors are indicated in the corporate documentation. This means that names of the company's beneficial owners are not disclosed to the Companies Registry, so that clients are ensured the utmost confidentiality.
This time we'll inform about 株主代理サービス（ノミニーシェアホルダーサービス）.
These are similar to our Nominee Director Service.
What is a Nominee Shareholder ?
Every company usually has at least one shareholder whose name and address appear on public record. However some clients wish to keep confidential the ownership of the company.
Zetland Fiduciary Group Limited are able to provide a nominee shareholder who is an unrelated third party, and is officially registered as the holder of shares in an offshore company.
Our corporate nominees will hold the shares on behalf of investors and it is not the legal owner of the shares. In this situation, a confidential legal document (a declaration of trust, a deed of transfer, a nominee services agreement or another similar document) would be issued by the nominee and held by the beneficial owner. Only the beneficial owner has the right do dispose of those shares and is entitled to all benefits and profits deriving from those shares.
