The New Media - Zetland Official WeChat Account
Digital technology and marketing communications media are evolving at a speedy rate. Nowadays Wechat has become one of the mainstream social and communication platforms in China.
Wechat has in excess of 500 million monthly active users - light reading was bound to be the fashion of the new age in China and this is what the platform provides. Wechat accounts combine illustrations and text, which is why the platform has become the first choice of many individuals and corporations in the quest to strengthen user relationships and expand their publicity.
Zetland Official Wechat Account opened on July 13, 2017. Until today, we have 87 followers and the published articles have been read for over 2000 times.
Articles are posted at 12:20pm every Tuesday and Thursday, Beijing time.
Currently there are three sections: Industry News; Introduction to Offshore; Past Activities
- Industry News- we share latest news such as changes in regulations and amendments of tax laws
- Introduction to Offshore- mainly authored by Phoebe Luo, giving a brief introduction of offshore trusts and foundations, allowing new readers concise understanding of the industry and Zetland’s business content. However, it also serves as a guide to the customers choosing products and services
- Past Activities- our experiences and past activities are shared. Also, invitations to future events are exhibited. Wechat backstage message and feedback function is open for quick communication
The Zetland Official Wechat Account has posted over 20 articles, including original pieces, translation, and reproductions. Zetland’s Chinese-language platform has combined local news and overseas developments. We want our account to be as useful to our subscribers as possible, and the content to be relevant.
More delighted to announce that on August 15, our Wechat account was invited to enable the “Original Declaration Function”. The Original Declaration can only be opened after being invited by the Wechat official, and is awarded only accounts with quality, original informative pieces, that feature with high frequency and have a specified amount of readership. All our original articles will be protected from unauthorized reproduction.
