Zetland Beijing Office Welcomes Vivian
Zetland would like to welcome Vivian to our Beijing office. Vivian is responsible for market expansion in North China.
Zetland’s new member Vivian is a graduate of Nankai University and holds a master's degree in law and the judicial qualification certificate.
She speak fluent English and Mandarin.
During her school days, Vivian followed Professor Han, a well-known scholar in trust to study Civil and commercial law. Moreover, Vivian published the article named “How to avoid the conversion of limited liability into unlimited liability” in the "Family Business" magazine, and she participated in the writing process of Professor Han Liang's book Family Trust - Jurisprudence and Case Analysis.
Vivian worked in one of the largest Trust institutions in China and participated in many programs about family trust, M&A, Chinese entrepreneur development and protection, and the B&R countries legal risk research.
Beijing office will mainly promote the establishment of offshore trusts, foundations, establishment of domestic and overseas companies, and the opening of offshore accounts. Considering that the customers in the Beijing office are now more concerned about the confidentiality and Settlor’s power retaining, they will begin to increase the publicity of Belize Trust and Cayman STAR Trust.
