Zetland Joins the Belt and Road Service System

On September 15th, Phoebe Luo, the general manager of Zetland China, attended the “Belt and Road” investment trade risk prevention and dispute mediation theme forum held at the National Convention Center, and signed to join the Belt and Road Service System.

It’s acknowledged that “The Belt and Road” initiative was proposed by president Xi Jinping in September and October of 2013 to build the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”, Which has received great attention from the international community. Under the initiative, it is expected that more infrastructure projects will be established. To promote the development of the area of the “Belt and Road” initiative, each country is determined to integrate more resources, politics and markets along the area. To make a valuable contribution to the development of this area, the Belt and Road service system was established. This service system is project oriented and will be in line with the belt and road In tentative of China. BNRSC is the global platform for information policy research projects services, risk control and corporation under the framework of the Belt and Road. It deliver global comprehensive professional services for implementing the Belt and Road initiative, and also provide access to the project information along the Belt and Road.

The BNRSC is membership-based and the enrollment is voluntary. The membership is open to law firms, accounting firms and other service institutions from countries along the “Belt and Road” area. The applicants shall have a leading position in its profession in the home country or region. As the member of the BNRSC, Zetland shall enjoy the following rights:

  1. To co-own the information, channels and resources provided by the BNRSC
  2. To engage in activities carried out by the BNRSC
  3. To recommend projects and ask the BNRSC to match resources and projects.
  4. To utilize reports on ask evaluation of a country or an industry.
  5. To request the BNRSC to resolve disputes among members.
  6. To participate in the training offered by the BNRSC, and
  7. To promote its own services and to recommend projects through the BNRSC website.
