On June 19th, 2019, Zetland Fiduciary Group Limited, together with Tianyuan Law Firm and Zhongrong Trust Family Office, held the family wealth management sharing meeting by the beautiful West Lake.
Many professionals from the banking, legal and investment industry were invited to have in-depth and extensive exchange on topics such as wealth planning and inheritance in the context of internationalization, trust structure, foreign trusts in China, governance of family enterprises and cross-border tax planning.
At the meeting, Ms. Phoebe Luo, the General Manager of Zetland Fiduciary Group Limited in China, analysed recent cases in line with the current offshore trust architecture. She analysed newly implemented economic substantive laws and relayed responses to CRS from the viewpoint of the professional offshore trustee using case study.
